901/903 Pipeline Permit Transfer
The project request is for approval of a Change of Owner, Change of Guarantor, and Substitution of a Temporary Operator of the Plains All American Pipeline (AAPL) 901/903 (Las Flores Canyon to Pentland) from Plains to Pacific Pipeline Company, ExxonMobil Corporation, and ExxonMobil Pipeline Company respectively.
901/903 Replacement Pipeline Project
The project includes the replacement of the existing 24- and 30-inch-diameter Lines 901 and 903 insulated pipeline system with a 12-, 14- and 16-inch-diameter uninsulated steel pipeline, referred to as Lines 901R and 903R.
901/903 Valve Upgrade
The project is to allow for the installation of 16 new valves on existing Line 901 and Line 903 running from the Gaviota Coast to the Los Padres National Forest .

Sentinel Peak Truck Rack Project
Sentinel Peak Resources proposes to install a new truck loading rack within the existing Lompoc Oil and Gas Plant located at 3902 Rucker Road in Lompoc to export crude oil produced from the Lompoc Oil Field to Coalinga by truck. Up to six truck trips (twelve one-way trips) would occur daily, and a maximum of ten truck trips (twenty one-way trips) would occur under special circumstances. No increase in the throughput of oil, water, or gas is proposed
